Based in Toronto, ON, Blue Moon Metals seeks a detail-oriented Controller to oversee its US operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in mining or mill operations, as well as familiarity with NASDAQ standards. You will report to the Director of Finance and play a critical role in financial planning, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable and payroll
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
• Support finance for US asset acquisitions,



notably the Springer Mine
• Implement internal controls and lead annual audits with external auditors
• Oversee compliance with tax regulations and financial guidelines

Requirements:
• Active CPA and eligible to work in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 7+ years of accounting experience, with 3 years in management
• Strong IFRS knowledge; US GAAP is a plus
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills
