As a Caseworker under the Extrajudicial Sanctions and Alternative Measures program, you will work closely with community stakeholders and clients impacted by the justice system. You'll utilize mediation techniques, promote programs, and provide vital connections to support services, making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mediation and restorative justice services to clients
• Collaborate with Crown Prosecutors and Police on files
• Facilitate victim-offender mediations with support




• Deliver community presentations to promote programs
• Maintain client confidentiality and documentation

Requirements:
• Secondary education or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 1 year experience with socio-economic issues
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License
• Clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
