Job Title: Usher in Movie Theater

Location: 377 Burnhamthorpe Rd E, Mississauga, ON L5A 3Y1

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Movie Theater Ushers. As an Usher, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have a seamless, enjoyable, and memorable movie-going experience. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, handling concessions, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the theater. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

- Greet guests upon entry and assist with ticket validation.
- Direct customers to the correct theaters, restrooms, and other amenities.
- Answer questions and provide assistance as needed, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a polite and professional manner.

Theater Operations:

- Help guests locate their seats and maintain order during showtimes.
- Monitor the auditorium to ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the movie.




- Ensure the theater remains clean and well-maintained by picking up litter and sweeping between showings.

Concessions & Food Handling:

- Operate popcorn machines, beverage dispensers, and other concession equipment.
- Serve popcorn, candy, beverages, and other food items to customers while adhering to food handling and hygiene standards.
- Handle food preparation, packaging, and restocking of snacks and supplies as needed.
- Process transactions using point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card payments efficiently and accurately.

Team Collaboration:

- Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the theater.
- Assist with restocking and inventory checks to ensure concession stands are fully stocked.
- Support other team members with duties as required, such as cleaning or organizing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- weekends
- Weekends as needed
