Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Used Car Sales Associate with a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of successfully selling products and/or services, excels at building customer relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. This role requires a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable used vehicle options
- Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives to showcase features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and financing options to close sales effectively
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, vehicle features, and market trends
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing, and protection packages
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process




- Accurately complete all sales documentation and comply with dealership policies

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for automotive sales or related industries
- OMVIC License in good standing (or willing to obtain license before starting)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to sell both products and services effectively
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive workplace
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE CONDUCTING IN-PERSON SALES IN CANADA. Preference will be given to those with direct used car sales experience. Must fluently speak English / Intermediate in writing & reading. Compensation is 100% commission based.

Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
