Car sales experience preferred but not necessary.

Duties

- Calling leads that have been provided
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable used vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to maximize customer satisfaction
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and dealership while maintaining transparency and professionalism
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently using CRM tools
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service plans, and accessories to enhance customer value and dealership revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent communication skills and dealership knowledge
- Support sales management by preparing reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales,



retail sales, or B2B sales within the automotive or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently
- Multilingual abilities (including Spanish) are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups seamlessly
- Effective communication skills with polished phone etiquette for engaging prospects professionally
- Knowledge of marketing principles to attract potential buyers through outreach efforts
- Solid math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and deal structures accurately
- Experience with dealership operations or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
