Evolve Truck and Van Equipment is looking for a reliable, hardworking Vehicle Detailer to join our growing team.

We specialize in commercial trucks, vans, and work-ready equipment, so this is not your typical automotive detailing position. Our vehicles range from pickups and commercial vans to service trucks, crane trucks, flat decks, cab-and-chassis units, and other specialized work vehicles.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is productive, and understands that the small details matter when preparing a vehicle for sale or customer delivery.

Compensation & Opportunity

Starting wage: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and ability.

There is significant room for growth and increased compensation based on productivity, quality of work, reliability, and overall performance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Pressure wash and thoroughly clean trucks, vans, frames, wheels, compartments, and equipment
- Wash and degrease service bodies and commercial equipment
- Vacuum and shampoo interiors
- Clean seats, carpets, floor mats, dashboards, door panels, and trim
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Remove dirt, grease, mud, stickers, decals, and adhesive residue
- Polish and restore exterior surfaces when required
- Clean engine compartments when required




- Prepare vehicles for photography and advertising
- Complete final details on sold units before customer delivery
- Identify cosmetic damage or other concerns and report them to management
- Maintain a clean and organized detailing area
- Keep detailing equipment and supplies properly maintained
- Move vehicles around the property when required

Our inventory can include

- Ford
- RAM
- Chevrolet & GMC
- Commercial cargo and service vans
- Service trucks
- Crane service trucks
- Picker trucks
- Flat deck trucks
- Cab-and-chassis trucks
- Commercial fleet vehicles

These are working vehicles. Some arrive with mud, grease, oil, dust, heavily used interiors, and dirty service bodies, so you need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty and putting in the work required to get them looking professional again.

Previous detailing experience is an asset, but work ethic, reliability, productivity, and quality of work are just as important to us. A valid driver's licence and the ability to safely operate larger pickup trucks and vans is strongly preferred.
