Position SummaryWe’re looking for energetic, reliable, and customer‑focused Event Staff to join our Fan Experience team at the First Ontario Concert Hall and the Studio. As part of the front‑of‑house Fan Experience team, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors. As Fan Experience, you are the face of our venue. You’ll interact directly with guests and support event operations in a variety of roles, including ushering, ticket taking, and crowd management.This role pays an hourly rate of $18.62 CAD (per CBA).Perks As Per The Union Agreement.This position will remain open until August 14, 2026.ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide exceptional customer service at all timesScan tickets, assist with seating, and provide directional supportMonitor assigned areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth operationsManage guest flow, including line control and crowd movementRespond to guest inquiries, concerns, or conflicts professionally and efficientlyIdentify and report any safety concerns, maintenance issues,
