This valued team member handles communication, design, and sales support duties for our busy team of kitchen remodelers. Design experience is preferred but not required. Ideal candidate needs to have strong customer service skills, work independently, be well organized and able to follow instructions. Position will be based in Grand Rapids design showroom.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages customer experience through the Kitchen and Bathroom sale and installationMeets with customers in showroom to finalize design selectionsManages incoming sales leads to engage and create excitement for Kitchen Tune-UpAssist customers in the showroom and sells as neededHelps to generate marketing and social media contentWorks effectively with cross functional team of marketing, sales,
