Reporting to the Manager of Trade Compliance, the Export Controls Specialist ensures MDA adheres to Canadian and U.S. government regulations. The position involves monitoring processes, maintaining essential permits, and liaising with regulatory bodies. You will also support various MDA programs to facilitate the accurate processing of export-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete and review End-User statements, permits, and licenses
• Apply for re-export authorizations with the U.S. Department of State
• Manage the Export Controls Online (EXCOL)

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in export controls
• Degree in International Trade, Commerce, or Law
• Strong understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations
