Help Fuel the Organization Powering Ontario Forward: Are you a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for high-volume recruitment? Do you have experience recruiting for a diverse range of roles, from qualified and technical positions to engineering, operations, finance, and other specialized disciplines? Are you energized by building strong partnerships with hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience? Do you have experience recruiting within a unionized environment and applying collective agreement hiring provisions? As a member of Bruce Power's Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the next generation of talent that will help power Ontario's future. From students and early-career professionals to experienced technical and operational talent, you will help build the workforce needed to safely deliver clean energy, advance major infrastructure projects, and support one of Canada's most innovative energy organizations. These are temporary positions that may be for a period of up to 24 months, offers a competitive compensation package, and is located on-site in Tiverton, Ontario.
The ideal candidate will: Demonstrate experience successfully executing high-volume recruitment activities in a unionized environment to support both internal and external hiring needs.

Have proven experience sourcing and engaging high-quality external talent.
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by providing recruitment expertise, guidance, and market insights.
Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive recruitment practices and attracting diverse talent pipelines.
Act as an ambassador for Bruce Power by building relationships within the community, at post-secondary institutions, and through industry networking events.

What will you be responsible for? Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for internal and external vacancies, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding support.
Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
Source and attract high-quality talent through traditional and innovative recruitment methods.
Review and assess applications to determine candidate suitability based on qualifications, experience, and organizational needs.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and effective follow-up.
Collaboratewith a variety of stakeholders to ensure recruitment strategies alignwith operational and workforce planning needs.
Maintain transparent, equitable, and compliant hiring practices while navigating union protocols and candidate eligibility requirements.
RepresentBrucePower as an employer of choice through career fairs, campus recruitment initiatives, community outreach events, industry networking opportunities, and talent attraction programs.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’sDegree in the fieldof Human Resources, Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources, or other relevant fieldof study
At least2years’experience working within Human Resources or Recruitment
Experience sourcing and engaging talent using LinkedInand other social media channels
Demonstrated communication and relationship-building skills to ensure positive candidate experiences
Experiencesourcing external talent
Experiencerecruitingin a unionized work environment consideredan asset
Previous experience with Workday considered an asset
The successful candidate will be selected based on related and required education, experience, knowledge and skills, a competency-based interview, and background reference checks.
