You will play a pivotal role in the SCM team, managing the sourcing and procurement process for Midstream Capital Project portfolios. Responsibilities include developing RFQ packages, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. You'll also advise stakeholders on compliance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
