You as a Field Coordinator (M&E;) will:
Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities as required by the contract
Support with in office mechanical & electrical activities to comply with specifications, requirements and codes
Provide direction during functional performance testing of all mechanical and electrical systems
Provide technical engineering information and interpretation of plans, detail sheets and specifications for contractors
Continually find solutions to conflicts in structural/architectural/mechanical/electrical drawings and specifications by conferring with the Consultants and co-ordinate these solutions with the various sub-trades
A minimum of 1-2 years construction engineering and layout experience
Experience in MEP coordination, commissioning support, closeout coordination, or related construction roles considered an asset
Effective verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to represent the company and project team in a professional manner to the Owner, Architect,



related project staff and the community
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000.
