What are your contributions to the team? Program aerospace components using CATIA V5 (5-axis machining).
Generate and submitAPT source programs.Validate G-code output using Vericut Machine Simulation software.
Develop electronic visual work instructions for component manufacturing (operator manuals/work packages).
Participate in problem-solving activities to ensure delivery schedules and production deadlines are met.
Develop and implement innovative programming methods to reduce programming time by creating and deploying macros and automated routines.
Prepare machining strategy estimates, including programming time and machining cycle time for components.




Troubleshoot and resolve machining-related issues affecting component quality and manufacturing performance.
How to thrive in this role? You hold a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Aeronautical Engineering Technology, or possess other relevant experience.
You have a minimum offive (5) to ten (10) years of experience in NC programming using CATIA V5 and VERICUT Machine Simulation.
You have knowledge ofaerospace manufacturing processes (an asset).You are able to read and interpret technical drawings.
You possess knowledge ofGeometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).
You are organized and able to work effectively in afast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
You are creative and enjoy developinginnovative methods and new ways of working.
You are proficient inMicrosoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
You have stronganalytical skills and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
You demonstrate a high level ofautonomy and initiative.
You are proficient in bothFrench and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
