Summary
Oversee and direct boutique operations across three divisions at the Oakridge Park Boutique to maximize productivity and the client experience. Serve as the boutique expert on standard operating procedures, systems, and tools to ensure smooth heart-of-house workflows, inventory integrity, and after-sales service. Lead change management initiatives, coach and develop the heart-of-house team, and support the sales floor as needed.
Responsibilities
Manage daily boutique operations including cash handling, invoicing, opening/closing procedures and bank deposits where applicable
Oversee shipping and receiving, ensuring parcels are processed within 24 hours
Maintain and improve inventory integrity through cycle counts, RFID, and year-end inventory processes
Organize stock, optimize storage, and execute or coordinate alterations and minor in-store repairs
Administer boutique invoices,
manage budgets and forecast expenditures
Act as the subject matter expert on SOPs, systems and tools and train boutique staff
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and IT for boutique maintenance and services
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in retail operations or stock management
Robust organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to coach and mentor teams and to lead change initiatives
Experience with inventory systems and processes (cycle counts, RFID) and merchandising standards
Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs and required in-store presence
Fluent English; French is an asset
