In this role, you will coordinate building turnovers, focusing on mechanical and HVAC systems. Your responsibilities include supporting occupancy readiness, resolving issues, and managing smaller renovations while maintaining project scope, schedule, and cost. Collaborate closely with building operators, user groups, and trades to ensure functional spaces post-construction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate building turnover processes and documentation
• Support HVAC commissioning and operational readiness




• Review mechanical drawings and identify issues
• Maintain project deficiency and warranty logs
• Plan and manage small renovations and tenant improvements

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering technology
• Minimum two years of relevant construction experience
• Understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with occupancy and closeout documentation
