Wessuc seeks a Field Operator to join our agricultural team, enhancing sustainable practices through productive biosolid management. This seasonal role focuses on operating equipment from April to November.

In your role at Wessuc, you will support our land application team by operating pumps and maintaining equipment to ensure effective biosolid transfers. You will also be responsible for timely communication with team members about equipment functionality and performance. A hands-on approach and familiarity with agricultural machinery will enhance your contributions to our green initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and manage pumps for biosolid applications
• Ensure controlled transfer and management of biosolids




• Provide updates to supervisors about equipment
• Execute maintenance on all relevant equipment
• Quickly inspect and address any operational issues

Requirements:
• 1-3 years agricultural experience desired
• Heavy equipment operation experience is a plus
• Must hold a valid G or G2 license
• Relevant safety training is preferred
• Flexibility for extended shifts and travel
