Tiger Calcium Services Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher for our Calcium Division to organize and dispatch a fleet of trucks to deliver calcium chloride throughout Western Canada.
As part of our hiring process, successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment screening, which may include drug and alcohol testing as well as a background check.

What you will do in this role: Dispatching over 50 loads per day throughout Western Canada.
Daily Monitoring of driver locations.
Monitoring and maintaining driver schedules.
Ensuring all drivers are operating within Federal Hours of Service.
Coordinating the loading and delivery times with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.




Ensuring that drivers are properly prepared (PPE, safetytickets, proper directions, customer contact information, and proper delivery paperwork).
Ensuring that all deliveries and paperwork are signed off on and correctly entered in TMW daily.
Coordination with CalciumTransportation Manager and Fleet MaintenanceManager for equipment servicing and repairs.
Communication with plant operations in Slave Lake confirming the proper product is available before dispatching a truck for the load.
Adhere and promote Tiger’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
What we are looking for: 3 years’ experience in dispatching of liquid bulk.
Knowledge of Federal Hours of Service.
Geographic knowledge of Western Canada.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment,meet deadlines, and adapt to change quickly.
Good internal and external communication skills (customers, supervisors, and drivers).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel skills must be superior).
Previous experience with the use of TMW dispatch, oilfield services, and off-road dispatching will be considered an asset.
Formal training in dispatch software would be considered an asset.
