Sales Consultant | Luxury Fine Jewellery | Kanata, Ottawa
Our client is Ottawa's destination for luxury fine jewellery, specializing in bespoke design, bridal collections, and curated pieces that mark life's most significant moments. Located in Kanata, they are recognized for their elevated client experience, deep in-house expertise, and a team culture built on trust and longevity.
They are looking for a Sales Consultant who brings genuine fine jewellery knowledge, a consultative approach, and the kind of presence that makes clients feel completely taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.
The Role
This is a relationship-first sales role. You will guide clients through some of the most meaningful purchases of their lives, from engagement rings to custom heirloom pieces, and build the kind of long-term client relationships that define a luxury brand.
You will be expected to deliver a high-touch, personalized experience while consistently meeting sales goals and contributing to a team that has maintained exceptional standards for years.
What You'll Do
Deliver a luxury-level client experience from first contact through final sale and beyond
Lead bridal and fine jewellery consultations with confidence and warmth
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals




Meet and exceed individual sales targets through a consultative, results-oriented approach
Educate clients on diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewellery with genuine expertise
Support merchandising, inventory, and showroom presentation to uphold brand standards
Collaborate with a close-knit, established team that takes pride in service excellence
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in fine jewellery sales (fashion or costume jewellery experience does not apply)
Demonstrated ability to close high-value transactions with confidence and care
Polished, skilled presence and exceptional interpersonal skills
Natural rapport with a discerning, mature clientele
Genuine passion for fine jewellery, luxury retail, and the art of the client experience
High standard for detail, presentation, and follow-through
Schedule
Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday. Retail hours, including evenings. This is an in-person role based in Kanata.
Compensation
Competitive base salary, $25-35 per hour based on experience
