Key Responsibilities: • Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently • Repair body panels and vehicle components • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles efficiently • Assess and fix structural vehicle components • Apply current skills for quality productivity
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years as an Auto Body Technician • Welding expertise in MIG/TIG methods • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and own toolbox • Red Seal or I-Car Registered preferred
