The Senior UX Designer will spearhead comprehensive UX design efforts for Ontario’s Common Compliance Management Platform. You will conduct user research, usability testing, and engage stakeholders across multiple ministries, ensuring the development of accessible, user-centered digital services. Your expertise will guide the creation of impactful design artifacts and maintain alignment with the Ontario Design System.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end UX design activities throughout product development
• Conduct user research and stakeholder engagement sessions




• Develop user-centered digital experiences aligned with best practices
• Collaborate with Agile teams to improve service outcomes
• Provide strategic UX leadership and advisory services

Requirements:
• 5+ years in human-centered UX research and design
• Experience with user research activities and translating insights
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma
• Solid skills in Agile methodology
• Knowledge of AODA and WCAG standards
