In this full-time role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients at our Calgary clinic. Your responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointment schedules, and ensuring accurate patient record maintenance. Familiarity with EMR and proficiency in time management will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and check them in effectively
• Update and maintain digital patient records
• Book appointments and provide timely reminders
• Handle payment processing and daily reconciliations
• Assist patients by escorting them to ultrasound rooms

Requirements:
• High school diploma; administrative/healthcare education a plus
• Robust computer skills and fast typing required
• Excellent time management capabilities
• Certification in Medical Office Administration preferred
• Eagerness to learn and improve
