Become a key member of the pharmacy team as a full time Pharmacy Assistant, supporting prescription processing and patient interactions under a licensed Pharmacist’s guidance. Your role will enhance the overall pharmacy operations and patient satisfaction.

In this position, you’ll assist in handling prescription refills, manage insurance approvals, and interact with various stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask will be essential as you keep inventory levels on track and assist with dispensing medications. Proficiency with Kroll software is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
• Aid pharmacists in processing and documenting prescriptions
• Communicate with patients for scheduling and billing inquiries




• Monitor and maintain inventory and expiry dates
• Participate in performance improvement activities within the team
• Handle medication orders and logistical support effectively

Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma in Pharmacy Assistance preferred
• Experience in community or specialty pharmacy settings
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Effective communication skills for patient support
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
