Maritime Launch Services (MLS) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Program Coordinator to support the delivery of customer launch programs at Spaceport Nova Scotia. Working closely with the VP, Spaceport Operations, you will be the central coordination point for program execution, ensuring activities stay aligned, risks are managed, and customer commitments are delivered.

What you’ll do
Program Delivery
Maintain integrated program schedules and milestone plans.
Coordinate activities across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Track risks, dependencies, and critical program actions.
Support successful execution of customer launch programs.
Governance & Reporting
Organize program meetings and working groups.
Track actions, decisions, and follow-up activities.
Prepare program dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
Maintain program documentation and SharePoint sites.
Customer Coordination
Support customer and MLS working groups.
Coordinate information requests and program deliverables.
Track statements of work and key customer commitments.
What you’ll bring
Required
Degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3-5 yrs of program coordination, project controls, project management, or PMO environments.
A minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating complex programs, projects, PMO activities, or operational initiatives in regulated or technical environments.
Robust organizational, planning,
and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, and project management tools.
Assets
Experience in aerospace, defence, engineering, infrastructure, or other technical industries.
PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification.
Additional requirements
Ability to work flexible hours to support launch operations when required.
Willingness to travel to spaceport nova scotia and other operational sites.
Eligible to obtain and maintain security clearances.
