Fraser Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy programs focused on patient care in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. This role requires effective communication and collaboration skills to enhance patient outcomes.

As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will deliver occupational therapy programs in alignment with hospital policies. This position entails assessing patient needs, planning treatment, monitoring outcomes, and collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals. You will also engage in community education and maintain patient records for service enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess occupational performance using evidence-based methods
• Develop individual and group treatment plans with patients




• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions for patients
• Monitor and evaluate treatment program outcomes
• Provide consultation and education to healthcare teams

Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Eligible for membership with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to perform essential duties
