The City of Penticton invites applications for a permanent Community Policing - Crime Stoppers Coordinator. You will report to the CPVS Supervisor and will be responsible for fostering public safety through educational programs and active volunteer management. This role is instrumental in building local partnerships to enhance crime prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver crime tips from the community to police
• Facilitate community education on crime reduction
• Develop initiatives based on crime trend monitoring
• Collaborate with the Crime Stoppers Board on promotion
• Recruit and support community volunteers

Requirements:
• At least five years of relevant experience
• Secondary education completion
• Valid BC Driver's License Class 5
• Robust knowledge of Crime Stoppers initiatives
