This full-time permanent position focuses on delivering equity, human rights, and anti-racism strategies across the school system. As a crucial member of the learning services team, you will work closely with schools and communities to support historically underserved students, including Black and racialized individuals. Your leadership will pave the way for a culturally responsive and inclusive educational workplace throughout the districts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement equity action planning within schools
• Foster relationships with community organizations




• Design and deliver training workshops for educators
• Support equitable teaching and culturally relevant pedagogy
• Enhance student achievement through collaborative partnerships

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in equity studies or related field
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Human Rights Code
• Proven ability to manage confidential information
• Valid driver’s license for travel
