We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our construction team.

Core Responsibilities

General carpentry duties, framing, drywall etc.

Minor Plumbing and Electrical work

Cabinet install; Painting; Minor HVAC repairs

General handyman duties/repairs in apartments and at construction sites

Treat residents with courtesy and respect; communicate problems to lead Property Manager





Maintain a log book of daily activities

Other duties as assigned; assist with renovations, new construction, commercial RE activities

Job Requirements

Good written and verbal English

Highly organized; problem solving; customer service

Qualified appearance; independent and team work

Physically able: paint/clean, bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, lift 50 lbs

Legal to work in Canada

Must pass a standard criminal record check.

Valid class 5 drivers license
