THE ROLE AT A GLANCE
Location: The Beeches UK
Hours: 40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)
Salary: £31,907 per annum
Shift Pattern: 1 day on, 2 days off rotation
Overtime: Paid at time and a quarter (x1.25) once the minimum 40 hours are worked

We are looking for an experienced, caring, and committed Team Leader to join our team full time at The Beeches UK. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a stable and nurturing home setting — one where they can grow, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
You will play a key role in young people's daily lives, helping them develop independence, resilience, and essential life skills. Experience in childcare or a related setting is preferred, and your knowledge and insight will directly shape the quality of care we provide.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment for young people
Building positive, trusting relationships that help young people thrive
Supporting and contributing to individual care plans and daily routines
Maintaining accurate records, logs, and reports
Promoting independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive life skills
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience: Working with children and young people in a care, education, or support setting is preferred but not essential
Passion: A genuine, person-centred approach to supporting young people
Qualification:



Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care or working towards.
Driving: Full UK driving licence preferred
Approach: Positive, resilient, and a collaborative team player who can work flexibly across shifts
