As a Child and Youth Worker, you will work within an interdisciplinary environment, ensuring effective treatment and academic strategies for patients. Your responsibilities will include visiting schools and communities to support students requiring accommodation and compliance, while also providing family support and coaching. You will engage with the REACH program to ensure smooth patient transitions from inpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on treatment and academic plans for children
• Conduct school and home visits to support adherence
• Assist families in navigating resources and services




• Support reintegration of patients into local schools
• Facilitate recreational activities for social skill development

Requirements:
• CYW certificate or related degree essential
• 3-5 years relevant experience in child mental health
• Familiarity with DBT and CBT recommended
• Strong communicator capable of team collaboration
• Expertise in risk assessment and family dynamics
