We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Team Leader to join Silver Birch Care Holdings at The Beeches UK. This full-time role emphasizes caring for young people, supporting their daily routines and personal growth. Ideal candidates will have experience in childcare and a passion for enhancing young people's lives through positive interactions and structured support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm, safe environment for young people
• Build trusting relationships to foster thriving individuals
• Support care plans and daily routines for residents




• Maintain accurate records of care and progress
• Promote independence and emotional wellbeing in daily activities

Requirements:
• Experience with children in care or support is preferred
• Genuine passion for person-centered support
• Level 3 in Children & Young People's Care or in progress
• Full UK driving license desirable
• Positive, resilient, and adaptable team player
