As a Specialized Finance Collateral Specialist at EQ, you will validate collateral for each transaction to ensure compliance with credit agreements. You will engage daily in loan setup, manage reporting, and work with specialized teams to meet funding conditions efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Validate collateral through Purview tracking system daily
• Assist in borrower reporting and tracking with PPlus




• Process draw requests while ensuring compliance
• Prepare and contribute to essential reports for management
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year of commercial mortgage experience
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with PPlus is an asset
• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
