This position combines strategic responsibilities, human leadership, and execution excellence, with a clear potential for advancement to a project director position.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure complete management of civil projects, from initiation to final deliverySupervise technical, budgetary, and contractual aspectsAct as a technical resource for project managers and field teamsDevelop and monitor schedulesActively participate in estimation activities via TPLCoordinate communications between various stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, suppliers)Ensure rigorous tracking of costs, quantities,
