As a Groundsperson with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), you will play a vital role in sustaining our golf operations. This position involves hands-on work in turf maintenance, irrigation, and assisting in the construction of golf features. You will ensure that all areas remain immaculate while upholding safety standards and training new team members in best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain golf course greens, fairways, and flowerbeds
• Assist in turf treatment and irrigation operations
• Support course feature repair and construction
• Train new staff in grounds maintenance techniques
• Uphold high safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:
• High school diploma
• Valid Provincial Pesticide Applicator License
• Driver’s License in Alberta
• Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Proficiency in operating turf care equipment
