As a Grill Cook, your primary responsibility will include preparing and cooking food to meet corporate guidelines and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen. Successful candidates will have proven cooking experience, a food safety certification, and a certificate from a recognized cooking school. You will also work on mise en place and maintain effective communication with various operational departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pre-cook and cook food products as directed
• Prepare mise en place for high volume production




• Clean kitchen equipment following health policies
• Label, store, and rotate food products properly
• Communicate effectively with operational departments

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a restaurant or prep cook
• Food Safety Certification required
• Cooking school certification is mandatory
• Excellent understanding of cooking methods and procedures
• Physical ability to perform duties effectively
