• Collaborate with an inter-skilled team for resident care
• Document care and adhere to safety standards
• Support residents with ambulation and mobility
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to residents' needs




• Engage with other agencies for comprehensive care

Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker program graduate or equivalent
• Experience in community health service with elderly
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Screening
