DHL Express currently has an opening for a Part Time Retail Store Customer Service position in our Edmonton, AB retail location at 4410 17 St NW. The purpose of this role is helping customers at the retail counter with shipping inquiries and picking up freight, plus other inquiries.

Shift: Monday 15:00–19:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00, Sunday 11:00–17:01

Wage: $23.38/hour and will increase as per the CBA

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming setting

Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions

Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally

Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Representing DHL (Uniform and Tidiness)

Accurate scanning and inspection of outbound shipments

All other duties as assigned

Requirements





Ability to lift and carry parcels, up to and including 70 lbs per piece, throughout shift

Physical Inspection Certificate Required

Demonstrated ability to work effectively and on-time within tight time constraints

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

Meet security requirements

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the DHL operations system

High School Diploma

All applicants are required to pass interviews, a criminal check and other background check in order to qualify for the position.
