Summary As a Style Advisor you will drive personal sales and build lasting client relationships within our luxury menswear store at McArthurGlen Vancouver. This full-time, in-store role focuses on holistic selling, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting merchandising and appointment-based sales activities. You will report to the Store Leader and contribute to store initiatives to grow clientele and sales.
Responsibilities Deliver personal sales and holistic selling in-store to build repeat clientele.
Prepare for appointments by selecting merchandise and creating add-on sales opportunities.
Educate clients on the features and benefits of the Club Harry loyalty program.
Participate in merchandising activities, store maintenance, and visual presentation.
Follow up with clients on alterations, fittings, dedicated appointments, and current business measures.




Use available technology and resources to support customer service and sales initiatives.
Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury menswear, clothing or footwear environment.
Experience across departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure preferred.
Passion for creating exceptional customer service experiences and driving repeat business.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and participate in training initiatives.
Demonstrated interest in using retail technology to support the customer service function.
