Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually
Procurement Manager Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid)
Reports To: VP, Operations
Quantum Lifecycle is seeking a results-oriented Procurement Manager to establish and lead the Company's procurement function across North America. This newly created role will develop procurement strategies, standardize purchasing practices, negotiate enterprise supplier agreements, improve spend visibility, and deliver measurable cost savings while ensuring operating locations continue to receive the products and services they need quickly and efficiently.
This position will initially lead one Procurement Coordinator with the opportunity to expand the function as the organization continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute enterprise procurement strategies.
Lead RFQs/RFPs and supplier negotiations.
Negotiate national and regional supplier agreements.
Develop preferred supplier programs and supplier scorecards.
Analyze enterprise spend and identify savings opportunities.
Standardize purchasing processes across all facilities.
Oversee procurement workflows in Microsoft Business Central.
Develop procurement policies, KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting.
Partner with Operations, Finance, Logistics, IT, Facilities and Engineering.
Support acquisition integrations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
Minimum 7 years of procurement experience.
Experience negotiating supplier agreements and strategic sourcing.
ERP experience (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or equivalent).
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications Lean / Continuous Improvement experience.
Multi-site manufacturing, industrial services or recycling experience.
