Key Responsibilities:
• Create compelling course content to enhance learning retention
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for targeted learning




• Design instructional interfaces for a seamless learning experience
• Conduct research and analysis on learners and contexts
• Develop assessments to evaluate learner performance

Requirements:
• Three+ years of experience in instructional design
• Proficient in course authoring tools like Articulate and Adobe
• Solid communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Portfolio showcasing instructional design work
