In this hybrid role based in Toronto or Calgary, you'll be the technical owner of CTC's compute platforms, focusing on platform governance, lifecycle strategy, and service ownership. With over 10 years of experience, you'll leverage your expertise in Mainframe governance and operational intelligence to guide platform performance, assess risks, and ensure compliance with vendor obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Govern HCL-delivered Mainframe services and lifecycle planning
• Assess platform security, supportability, and compliance risks




• Lead hardware refresh planning and OS upgrade strategies
• Define monitoring requirements for infrastructure and services
• Validate vendor services against contractual obligations

Requirements:
• 10+ years in platform ownership and infrastructure governance
• Robust Mainframe platform governance experience
• Knowledge of AIX and IBM iSeries environments
• Familiar with disaster recovery governance and planning
• Excellent communication skills for technical escalation
