You will work with a diverse caseload exceeding 20 individuals within Brant County. The position requires a BA or BSW and familiarity with local mental health challenges. Due to the community-oriented nature of the role, reliable transportation is essential, and some flexibility with hours may be necessary to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate psychosocial rehabilitation for clients
• Handle client intake assessments and reports
• Offer targeted support for mental health issues
• Ensure effective communication and client engagement
• Navigate local mental health service resources

Requirements:
• Degree in relevant field (BA or BSW) with experience
• Solid understanding of mental health services
• Emergency first aid and CPR certification beneficial
• Robust communication and organization skills
• Recent criminal background check required
