Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance to on-site staff regarding scheduling
• Ensure all shifts are filled according to demand
• Manage the site workbook for open shifts
• Prepare and distribute daily assignments for each department
• Input relief staff hours accurately in Kronos
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a scheduling position
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills for problem resolution
