Job Opportunity: Welder (Temporary with Potential for Permanent Position)
Strike Welding is looking for a skilled and motivated Welder to join our team. This position will start as a temporary role with the strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Perform welding and fabrication tasks with precision and safety.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.

Operate welding equipment and tools effectively.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Work independently with or without supervision and as part of a team to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

Experience in MIG, TIG, or Stick Welding

Working with metal brake shear & plate roller is an asset





Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on workplace.

Reliability and a positive attitude are a must.

Must be located in or able to commute to Virden, MB.
