Lead strategic infrastructure services as Associate Director at Simon Fraser University. This role combines network, server, and cybersecurity advancements to enhance university operations.
As the Associate Director of Infrastructure Services, you will oversee critical technology delivery across SFU. In this role, you’re responsible for enhancing networks, servers, and storage services while ensuring exceptional operational standards are met. Engage collaboratively with diverse stakeholders while leading Tier II technical staff towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational delivery of network and server services
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement in technology infrastructure
• Manage and coach Tier II technical teams for superior service

• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective decision making
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computing Science
• At least 10 years of IT experience in infrastructure services
• Proven leadership in IT project management and operations
• Experience in managing cybersecurity and enterprise systems
• Robust communication and relationship management abilities
