Lead impactful capital projects with the Toronto Catholic District School Board as a Senior Project Manager. Oversee complex construction efforts while fostering an inclusive environment and driving educational excellence.

The Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) seeks a full time Senior Project Manager for Construction Delivery & Capital Projects. Reporting to the Head of Capital Development, you will lead a team and ensure successful project execution from planning to completion. Your expertise in project management, construction administration, and leadership will guide critical initiatives benefiting approximately 85,000 students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership for capital construction projects
• Lead and mentor Project Supervisors and team members
• Manage tendering, approvals,



and construction processes
• Develop construction management standards and reporting tools
• Ensure adherence to project scopes, schedules, and budgets

Requirements:
• Degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management
• Knowledge of government codes and regulations
• Proficient with MS Project, AutoCAD, and Adobe products
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Facilitate educational growth through effective project management and construction delivery at TCDSB.
