A Day in the Life Fournir un soutien clinique et technique expert pour la navigation intraopératoire et les technologies d’habilitation de Medtronic lors des interventions de la colonne vertébrale et du crâne. Provide expert clinical and technical support for Medtronic’s intraoperative navigation and enabling technologies during spine and cranial procedures. The Navigation Specialist partners with surgeons and operating-room teams to support safe, efficient technology adoption, deliver education and troubleshooting, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires advanced clinical knowledge, technical proficiency, composure in complex surgical environments, and close collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams.

May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
Conducts on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
