Tipalti is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with extensive Software Engineering experience to enhance and support the reliability of our systems. You will be crucial in driving best practices, implementing automation tools, and participating in incident response. Collaborate within a global team to improve operational efficiency across critical services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive incident response and post-mortem analysis
• Design and build internal tools for service reliability
• Lead SLO design and incident postmortems
• Participate in on-call support rotation
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of Software Engineering experience
• Proficient in .NET or TypeScript
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Familiarity with production deployment processes
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
