Become a Senior Change Management Advisor focused on public sector digital initiatives. This role involves on-the-ground coaching and strategic planning to facilitate impactful change.

Bringing more than 10 years of experience, you will support the rollout of digital products that enhance Indigenous consultations. Your responsibilities include stakeholder management, change strategy development, and communication plan execution. You will ensure every part of the organization is prepared for and engaged in the change process, enabling seamless transitions and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage change management strategies and frameworks
• Conduct organization-wide readiness and change impact assessments
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to build consensus




• Develop and monitor success metrics for user adoption
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders as change champions

Requirements:
• 10+ years in change management, preferably in the public sector
• Proven expertise in leading transformation projects
• Certification in Prosci or equivalent methodology
• Solid communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Must work onsite five days a week
