We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex bridge and structure projects from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. Your role will involve managing a multidisciplinary team, facilitating communication among engineers, architects, and contractors to achieve project goals effectively.
In addition to strong leadership skills, the successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of structural engineering principles, project management methodologies,



and risk management processes. You will be expected to prepare detailed project reports, conduct regular site visits, and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Excellent problem-solving abilities and robust negotiation skills are essential to navigate challenges and maintain project momentum. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in bridge and structure projects, is required. Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is highly desirable.
