Become the key liaison for tech startups with Invest Ottawa as the Client Experience Coordinator. Support early-stage companies through onboarding, programming, and events to optimize their success in the Accelerator program.

In this role, you will work closely with tech leaders and advisors to guide clients through Invest Ottawa's suite of services. As a Client Experience Coordinator, your responsibilities will include building solid relationships, coordinating events, and managing logistics to create a seamless experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with founders and ecosystem partners
• Guide clients from onboarding to program completion
• Organize workshops and networking events




• Manage event logistics including RSVPs and catering
• Maintain client data and key metrics in the CRM

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in business
• 2+ years of experience in a business environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Familiarity with startup ecosystems and event management
